How do I delete my account?
Each app has its own steps, listed below. What is removed, and how long backup copies last, is in each app's privacy policy. If you cannot open the app, email hello@ppv.digital from the address you sign in with, and we will delete the account for you.
- Bite: Profile > Delete Account.
- Co-parent: Settings > Delete account.
- Daydream: Settings > Delete Account.
- Tally: Settings > Delete Account.
- Thyme: Settings > Delete Account.
- Lull and Pill Tracker have no account. Their privacy policies say how to delete their data.
What data do you collect?
It depends on the app: for example your sign-in details, the content you create, and app usage or crash reports. Each app's privacy policy lists exactly what that app collects and who receives it.
Which platforms are supported?
Our apps are available on the App Store and Google Play. Check each app's page on our site for its latest availability.
Is there a subscription or hidden cost?
All our apps are free to use. Some show ads. There are no subscriptions, in-app purchases, or paywalls.
Daydream: how do I sign in?
Daydream offers "Continue with Google" on Android and iOS, and "Continue with Apple" on iOS. Sign-in is handled by WorkOS, and Daydream receives your name, email address, user ID and, if your account has one, a link to your profile picture.
Daydream: why does voice recording need a download?
Daydream transcribes your voice on your phone, so the first time you record it downloads a speech model once, over Wi-Fi by default. Transcription is in English, and the audio never leaves your phone.
Daydream: how do I delete my account?
In Daydream, go to Settings > Delete Account. Deletion normally finishes within minutes, and backup copies expire within 35 days. Your shared PPV sign-in is kept for other PPV apps.
Daydream: how is my journal used?
Daydream sends your entries only to AI servers operated by PPV Enterprises LLC to create summaries, reflections and advice. No third-party AI service receives them, and they are not used to train AI models.
Daydream: what if I am in crisis?
Daydream is a journal, not a medical device, and does not provide medical advice. If you are in crisis or thinking about suicide, call or text 988 (Suicide & Crisis Lifeline, US), or contact your local emergency number.
Co-parent: how do I delete my account?
In Co-parent, go to Settings > Delete account. Your profile, keys, comments, receipts and photos are deleted, and so is every list or thing where you are the only member. In a list you share, the expenses and payments stay for the other members and show "Former member" in place of your name.
