Shea Oil
Shea fat is permitted in the EU as one of the six approved cocoa butter equivalents (Directive 2000/36/EC) up to 5% in chocolate. It is generally considered safe; tree-nut allergen status is debated but not currently classified by FDA as a tree nut.
