Polyglyceryl-3 Polyricinoleate
EFSA's 2017 re-evaluation of PGPR (E476) established an ADI of 25 mg/kg bw/day and concluded that current dietary exposure does not exceed this for general populations. FDA permits PGPR in chocolate (21 CFR 184.1567).
