Polyglyceryl-10 Laurate
Polyglyceryl esters are generally regarded as low-toxicity surfactants; the Cosmetic Ingredient Review (CIR) panel has assessed polyglyceryl fatty-acid esters as safe in current cosmetic use. Not a typical food ingredient and no significant toxicity at the levels at which it could be ingested.

An ester of polyglycerin-10 and lauric acid; a non-ionic surfactant/emulsifier used primarily in cosmetics and rarely in food.
Emulsifier and solubilizer in cosmetic and personal care formulations.
