Pink Grapefruit
Pink grapefruit is a whole fruit containing vitamin C, fiber, and lycopene. Caution applies because grapefruit furanocoumarins inhibit intestinal CYP3A4 enzymes and can significantly increase plasma concentrations of many prescription medications (statins, calcium channel blockers, certain antihistamines).
