What it is
A liquid form of oligofructose (a short-chain fructan), produced by partial enzymatic hydrolysis of inulin from chicory or by enzymatic synthesis from sucrose.
Soluble dietary fiber, prebiotic, bulking agent, and partial sugar replacer.
