Komatsuna
Komatsuna is a nutrient-dense Brassica green providing calcium, vitamins A, C, K, and folate, with no notable safety concerns at culinary intakes. Like other brassicas it contains glucosinolates, but goitrogenic effect at normal intakes is negligible.
