Glycerol esters of wood rosin (E 445), a complex mixture of glycerol esters of resin acids derived from longleaf and slash pine wood rosin.

Density-adjustment/stabilizing agent for citrus oils in beverages (keeps oil droplets dispersed and prevents 'ringing').
