Fish Gelatine
Fish gelatin is a protein hydrolysate from fish processing by-products and is generally safe but is a major allergen requiring declaration in the US (FALCPA) and EU (Annex II of FIC Regulation 1169/2011). People with fish allergy must avoid it.
