Einkorn Flour
Einkorn flour is a whole-food cereal with nutrient content comparable to or higher than modern wheat in protein and carotenoids. It still contains gluten and is therefore unsafe for people with celiac disease or wheat allergy; both wheat allergy and celiac-relevant cereals are required disclosures under U.S.
