Duck Fat
Duck fat is a whole animal fat with a fatty-acid profile higher in monounsaturates than butter or beef tallow. As with other saturated-fat-containing fats, the 2020-2025 Dietary Guidelines recommend limiting saturated fat to less than 10% of daily calories.

Rendered subcutaneous fat from domestic duck (Anas platyrhynchos), about 33% saturated, 50% monounsaturated, 13% polyunsaturated fat.
Cooking fat; imparts rich flavor and crispy texture.
