Dried Rosemary
Whole-herb rosemary is a GRAS spice with no safety concerns at culinary use levels. Concentrated rosemary extract used as antioxidant E392 has its own EFSA review and is permitted with specified maximum levels in foods.

Flavoring; rosemary extract is also used as an antioxidant (E392).
