Celtic Sea Salt
Celtic sea salt is largely sodium chloride with trace minerals. Although marketed as a 'natural' alternative, sodium content is comparable to other salts, and excess intake contributes to hypertension and cardiovascular disease risk.
What it is
Coarse, grey, hand-harvested sea salt from coastal regions of Brittany (France).
Seasoning and preservative.
