Celery Flavouring
Celery and celery flavorings are GRAS but celery is one of the major allergens recognized under EU labelling rules (Annex II of Regulation (EU) 1169/2011). Celery oils contain natural psoralens (furocoumarins) that may cause photosensitivity at high topical exposure.

Flavoring derived from celery (Apium graveolens), typically as essential oil, oleoresin, or natural extract, used to impart celery taste.
