"Mineral water is water containing not less than 250 parts per million total dissolved solids... distinguished from other types of water by its constant level and relative proportions of minerals and trace elements."
"Natural mineral water shall be clearly distinguishable... by its original purity, both characteristics having been preserved intact because of the underground origin of such water."
