Baby Carrots
Baby carrots are simply small or cut carrots; they retain the nutritional value of mature carrots, providing beta-carotene, fiber, and potassium. Commercial baby-cut carrots are typically washed in food-grade chlorine solution that is rinsed off; FDA permits this practice.
