3% Fat Reduced Cocoa Powder
Reduced-fat cocoa powder retains flavanols and antioxidants of cocoa with significantly less fat. It contains theobromine and small amounts of caffeine.
What it is
Cocoa powder from which most of the cocoa butter has been removed by pressing; only ~3% fat remains compared to 22% in regular cocoa powder.
Used in low-fat baking, beverages, and confectionery to provide cocoa flavor with reduced fat content.
