Acceptance of Terms

By creating an account or using Thyme, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the app.

Description of Service

Thyme is a digital cookbook application. You can import recipes from websites, typed text, or photos. AI services parse your input into structured recipes with ingredients, steps, and metadata. You can organize recipes into cookbooks and use step-by-step cook mode.

Eligibility

You must be at least 13 years old to create a Thyme account.

Your Content

You retain ownership of all recipes and cookbooks you create in Thyme. By using the app, you grant us a limited license to store, process, and transmit your content solely to provide the app's features, including AI-powered recipe parsing.

AI-Parsed Content

Recipes imported via AI parsing may contain inaccuracies. Thyme is not a nutritional advisor. You are responsible for verifying:

• Ingredient quantities and measurements
• Cooking times and temperatures
• Allergen and dietary information
• Serving sizes

We are not liable for errors in AI-parsed recipe data.

Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Upload content that infringes on others' intellectual property rights
• Use the app to distribute harmful or illegal content
• Attempt to circumvent security measures or access other users' data
• Use automated systems to scrape or bulk-import content

Advertising

Thyme displays advertisements powered by Google AdMob. Ad content is determined by Google and is not controlled by us.

Disclaimer of Warranties

Thyme is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We do not guarantee that the app will be uninterrupted, error-free, or secure. We do not guarantee the accuracy of AI-parsed recipe data.

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, PPV Enterprise LLC shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of data or profits, arising from your use of Thyme. Our total liability for any claim related to the app shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim.

Termination

You may stop using Thyme at any time and delete your account. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms or are used for abusive purposes.

Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify you of material changes by updating the "Last updated" date. Continued use of the app after changes constitutes acceptance.

Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, without regard to conflict of law principles.
