  • yellow rind of 2 lemons
  • sugar
  • water
  • juice of 2 lemons

Method

  1. 1 Grate lemon rind into sugar, add water, and stir over heat until sugar dissolves.
  2. 2 Boil the mixture for five minutes, then strain and let cool.
