Yogurt Ranch Vegetable Dip
Ingredients
- 1 1/4 cups low-fat plain yogurt or small curd/creamed cottage cheese
- 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
- 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
- 2 tablespoons dried minced onion
- 1 tablespoon dried parsley flakes
- 1/2 teaspoon salt (optional)
- 1/2 teaspoon dill weed (optional)
Method
- 1 In a medium bowl, combine yogurt (or cottage cheese), pepper, garlic powder, dried onion, dried parsley, salt, and dill.
- 2 Beat the mixture until smooth.
- 3 Chill in the refrigerator until ready to serve.
- 4 Serve with raw vegetables.
