Yogurt Dill Cucumber Salad
Ingredients
- 1 large cucumber, peeled and thinly sliced
- 2 tablespoons low-fat yogurt
- 1 tablespoon vinegar
- 1 tablespoon vegetable oil
- 1 tablespoon water
- 1 teaspoon dill weed (optional)
- pepper (optional)
Method
- 1 Peel and thinly slice the cucumber.
- 2 In a mixing bowl, combine the yogurt, vinegar, vegetable oil, water, dill weed, and pepper.
- 3 Add the cucumber slices to the bowl and stir until evenly coated.
- 4 Chill in the refrigerator until ready to serve.
