Yogurt And Granola Fruit Parfait
Ingredients
- 2 cups low-fat yogurt (any flavor)
- 1/2 cup sliced banana
- 1/2 cup fresh blueberries
- 1 cup fresh strawberries, sliced
- Granola, for topping
Method
- 1 Line up 4 tall parfait glasses.
- 2 Spoon 1/2 cup of yogurt into each glass.
- 3 Sprinkle granola over the yogurt.
- 4 Top with about 1/4 cup of fresh fruit.
