  • 2 cups low-fat yogurt (any flavor)
  • 1/2 cup sliced banana
  • 1/2 cup fresh blueberries
  • 1 cup fresh strawberries, sliced
  • Granola, for topping

Method

  1. 1 Line up 4 tall parfait glasses.
  2. 2 Spoon 1/2 cup of yogurt into each glass.
