  • 3 cups flour
  • 1 tsp salt
  • 2 cakes compressed yeast
  • tepid water
  • milk

Method

  1. 1 Dissolve 2 cakes of compressed yeast in tepid water.
  2. 2 Mix 3 cups flour and 1 tsp salt. Add yeast mixture and enough milk to form a soft dough.
  3. 3 Let dough rise for about 1 hour and 15 minutes.
  4. 4 Shape into loaves and let rest for 10 minutes before baking.
