Yeast White Bread
Ingredients
- 3 cups flour
- 1 tsp salt
- 2 cakes compressed yeast
- tepid water
- milk
Method
- 1 Dissolve 2 cakes of compressed yeast in tepid water.
- 2 Mix 3 cups flour and 1 tsp salt. Add yeast mixture and enough milk to form a soft dough.
- 3 Let dough rise for about 1 hour and 15 minutes.
- 4 Shape into loaves and let rest for 10 minutes before baking.
