  • Corn meal (enough to make pudding batter consistency)
  • 2 handfuls wheat flour
  • 2 teaspoons salt
  • 3 eggs
  • 1 cup yeast

Method

  1. 1 Warm 3 pints of milk and stir in enough corn meal to make a thick pudding batter.
  2. 2 Add 2 handfuls wheat flour, 2 teaspoons salt, 3 eggs, and 1 cup yeast. Beat well.
  3. 3 Let the mixture rise for about 6 hours.
  4. 4 Bake in a moderate oven (350°F) as you would bake other muffins.
