Yeast Milk Rolls
Ingredients
- 1 lb flour
- 2-3 tbsp yeast
- 2 egg yolks
- 1 egg white
- salt
- milk
Method
- 1 Mix flour, yeast, egg yolks, egg white, salt, and enough milk to form a soft dough.
- 2 Beat the dough well with a spoon until light and airy.
- 3 Let the dough rise for several hours or overnight.
- 4 Preheat a Dutch oven and bake the rolls, turning them occasionally to prevent burning.
