Wine Nog With Egg And Nutmeg

Ingredients

• 1 egg
• 1 glass wine
• 1 spoonful sugar
• ½ pint hot water
• Nutmeg, grated

Method

1. 1 Beat together an egg, a glass of wine, and a spoonful of sugar in a bowl.
2. 2 Pour on half a pint of hot water while stirring constantly to prevent curdling.
3. 3 Pour into a tumbler and grate a little nutmeg over the top before serving.
