Whole Wheat Peanut Butter Apple Granola Wraps
Ingredients
- 1 (8-inch) whole wheat tortilla
- 2 tablespoons reduced-fat peanut butter
- 1/2 cup granola cereal
- 1 apple, sliced
Method
- 1 Lay the tortilla flat and spread the peanut butter over two-thirds of the surface, leaving the edges clear.
- 2 Sprinkle the granola evenly over the peanut butter.
- 3 Cut the apple slices into small chunks and place them on top of the granola.
- 4 Fold in the edges of the tortilla and roll it up tightly like a burrito.
- 5 Serve immediately and enjoy.
