White Wine Cream Sauce
Ingredients
- 1 pint heavy cream
- 1 tablespoon butter
- Sugar to taste
- 1/4 cup white wine
Method
- 1 Bring the cream to a boil in a saucepan.
- 2 Thicken the cream slightly, then stir in the butter until melted.
- 3 Sweeten to your taste, then remove from heat and let cool.
- 4 Once cold, stir in the white wine before serving.
