  • 1 pint cooked white beans
  • 1 tablespoon vinegar
  • 3 tablespoons oil
  • Salt to taste
  • Dash of cayenne or paprika
  • Shredded lettuce
  • Finely chopped chives
  • Finely chopped parsley
  • Finely chopped pimentos
  • 1 large pimiento

Method

  1. 1 Toss the cooked white beans with vinegar, oil, salt, and cayenne or paprika.
  2. 2 Arrange the beans in a mound on a bed of shredded lettuce.
