Ingredients

  • 4 tablespoons grated horseradish, vinegar drained off
  • ¼ teaspoon salt
  • 6 tablespoons heavy cream
  • 1 egg yolk

Method

  1. 1 Add the salt and egg yolk to the drained horseradish and mix thoroughly.
  2. 2 Whip the cream until stiff peaks form.
  3. 3 Carefully fold the whipped cream into the horseradish mixture.
