Whipped Horseradish Sauce
Ingredients
- 4 tablespoons grated horseradish, vinegar drained off
- ¼ teaspoon salt
- 6 tablespoons heavy cream
- 1 egg yolk
Method
- 1 Add the salt and egg yolk to the drained horseradish and mix thoroughly.
- 2 Whip the cream until stiff peaks form.
- 3 Carefully fold the whipped cream into the horseradish mixture.
- 4 Serve immediately.
