Whipped Cream Vinegar Coleslaw
Ingredients
- 1 head young cabbage
- ½ cup cream
- 1 teaspoon salt
- ½ cup sugar
- ½ cup vinegar
- shredded green and red peppers (optional)
Method
- 1 Beat cream, sugar, vinegar, and salt together until the mixture resembles whipped cream.
- 2 Discard the outer leaves of the cabbage and shred the rest finely.
- 3 Combine the shredded cabbage with the dressing just before serving. Optionally add shredded green and red peppers.
