Whipped Cream Vinegar Coleslaw

Ingredients

  • 1 head young cabbage
  • ½ cup cream
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • ½ cup sugar
  • ½ cup vinegar
  • shredded green and red peppers (optional)

Method

  1. 1 Beat cream, sugar, vinegar, and salt together until the mixture resembles whipped cream.
  2. 2 Discard the outer leaves of the cabbage and shred the rest finely.
  3. 3 Combine the shredded cabbage with the dressing just before serving. Optionally add shredded green and red peppers.
