Whipped Cream Filled Choux Puffs
Ingredients
- 1 cup hot water
- 1/2 cup butter
- 1 cup dry flour
- 3 eggs
- whipped cream
Method
- 1 Boil water and butter together.
- 2 Stir in flour while boiling, then let cool.
- 3 Mix in 3 eggs and drop by spoonfuls onto buttered tins.
- 4 Bake in a quick oven (425°F) for 25 minutes.
- 5 Fill with whipped cream when cool.
