Whipped Cream Filled Choux Puffs

Ingredients

  • 1 cup hot water
  • 1/2 cup butter
  • 1 cup dry flour
  • 3 eggs
  • whipped cream

Method

  1. 1 Boil water and butter together.
  2. 2 Stir in flour while boiling, then let cool.
  3. 3 Mix in 3 eggs and drop by spoonfuls onto buttered tins.
  4. 4 Bake in a quick oven (425°F) for 25 minutes.
  5. 5 Fill with whipped cream when cool.
