Whipped Cream And Sweet Wine Pudding
Ingredients
- 1 pint heavy cream
- ½ pint sweet wine
- ¼ cup brandy
- Juice of 1 lemon
- Grated nutmeg
- 6 ounces sifted loaf sugar
Method
- 1 Whip cream until stiff peaks form.
- 2 In a bowl, mix sweet wine, brandy, lemon juice, nutmeg, and sugar until dissolved.
- 3 Fold the whipped cream into the wine mixture gently.
- 4 Spoon the mixture into custard glasses.
- 5 Top each serving with a dollop of additional whipped cream.
