Whipped Cream And Sweet Wine Pudding

Ingredients

• 1 pint heavy cream
• ½ pint sweet wine
• ¼ cup brandy
• Juice of 1 lemon
• Grated nutmeg
• 6 ounces sifted loaf sugar

Method

1. 1 Whip cream until stiff peaks form.
2. 2 In a bowl, mix sweet wine, brandy, lemon juice, nutmeg, and sugar until dissolved.
3. 3 Fold the whipped cream into the wine mixture gently.
4. 4 Spoon the mixture into custard glasses.
5. 5 Top each serving with a dollop of additional whipped cream.
