Whipped Cream And Egg Yolk Pudding Sauce
Ingredients
- 2 egg yolks
- 2/3 cup powdered sugar
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 1/2 pint heavy cream, whipped
Method
- 1 Beat egg yolks and powdered sugar together until light and fluffy.
- 2 Stir in vanilla extract.
- 3 Fold in the whipped heavy cream just before serving.
