Whipped Chocolate Cream

Ingredients

• 2 oz Allinson chocolate
• 1/4 pint heavy cream
• 1 egg white
• 2 tbsp water

Method

1. 1 Dissolve the chocolate in water over heat.
2. 2 Let the chocolate mixture cool completely.
3. 3 Whip the cream until stiff peaks form.
4. 4 Fold the cooled chocolate into the whipped cream.
