Whipped Chocolate Cream
Ingredients
- 2 oz Allinson chocolate
- 1/4 pint heavy cream
- 1 egg white
- 2 tbsp water
Method
- 1 Dissolve the chocolate in water over heat.
- 2 Let the chocolate mixture cool completely.
- 3 Whip the cream until stiff peaks form.
- 4 Fold the cooled chocolate into the whipped cream.
