Wheatmeal Thickened Baked Eggs
Ingredients
- 6 eggs
- ¾ cup milk
- 2 tsp Allinson fine wheatmeal
- 2 oz grated cheese
- pepper and salt to taste
Method
- 1 Butter a pie dish.
- 2 Thicken milk with wheatmeal, then pour into the dish.
- 3 Break eggs over the milk and sprinkle with cheese.
- 4 Season with pepper and salt.
- 5 Bake in a 350°F oven until eggs are just set.
