Wheatmeal Thickened Baked Eggs

Ingredients

  • 6 eggs
  • ¾ cup milk
  • 2 tsp Allinson fine wheatmeal
  • 2 oz grated cheese
  • pepper and salt to taste

Method

  1. 1 Butter a pie dish.
  2. 2 Thicken milk with wheatmeal, then pour into the dish.
  3. 3 Break eggs over the milk and sprinkle with cheese.
  4. 4 Season with pepper and salt.
  5. 5 Bake in a 350°F oven until eggs are just set.
