  • 6 hard-boiled eggs
  • 1 bunch watercress
  • Mayonnaise
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Method

  1. 1 Slice the cold boiled potatoes and quarter the hard-boiled eggs.
  2. 2 Arrange the potatoes and eggs in a serving dish, sprinkling salt and pepper between the layers.
