Watercress Butter And Caviar Toasts
Ingredients
- small rounds of bread
- butter
- watercress
- salt
- paprika
- caviar
- lemon juice
Method
- 1 Fry small rounds of bread in butter until golden, then drain and cool.
- 2 Chop watercress very fine and rub it into a paste with butter.
- 3 Spread the watercress butter onto the toasted bread rounds.
- 4 Season caviar with lemon juice and spread it over the watercress layer.
- 5 Sprinkle with salt and paprika, garnish with fresh cress, and serve.
