Watercress And Anchovy Tea Sandwiches
Ingredients
- bread and butter, cut into thin fingers
- watercress, chopped
- tarragon vinegar
- water
- anchovy fillets
Method
- 1 Cut bread and butter into thin fingers. Chop watercress.
- 2 Mix equal parts tarragon vinegar and water.
- 3 Layer a finger of bread and butter, chopped watercress, vinegar mixture, anchovy fillet, more watercress, and top with another bread and butter finger.
- 4 Stack sandwiches under a plate to flatten, then trim edges before serving.
