Warm Fruit And Granola Crisp

Ingredients

  • 1 cup canned peaches, drained and sliced
  • 1 cup canned pear halves, drained and sliced
  • 6 prunes, pitted and halved
  • 1/4 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 1 orange
  • 1 cup low-fat granola

Method

  1. 1 In a large microwave-safe bowl, mix peaches, pears, prunes, and vanilla extract.
  2. 2 Zest the orange to get 1 teaspoon of peel. Cut the orange in half and squeeze out 1/4 cup of juice. Add the zest and juice to the fruit mixture and stir.
  3. 3 Top the fruit mixture with the low-fat granola.
  4. 4 Microwave on high for 5 minutes. Let stand for 2 minutes.
  5. 5 Spoon into 4 bowls and serve warm.
