Walnut Pea Salad With French Dressing
Ingredients
- 1 cup cold cooked peas
- 1 cup English walnuts, broken into small bits
- French dressing
- Mayonnaise
- Lettuce leaves or lemon cups for serving
Method
- 1 Combine equal quantities of cold cooked peas and broken English walnuts in a bowl.
- 2 Sprinkle with French dressing and let stand for half an hour to allow flavors to meld.
- 3 Mix in mayonnaise until well combined.
