Waldorf Salad With Yogurt Dressing

Ingredients

  • 1/4 cup walnuts, chopped
  • 2 apples, cored and diced
  • 1 cup celery, diced
  • 1/2 cup raisins
  • 1/4 cup plain non-fat yogurt
  • 1/2 teaspoon sugar
  • 1 teaspoon lemon juice

Method

  1. 1 Preheat oven to 350°F. Spread chopped walnuts on a baking sheet and toast for 12-15 minutes, stirring occasionally, until evenly toasted. Let cool.
  2. 2 In a large bowl, combine the diced apples, celery, raisins, and toasted walnuts.
  3. 3 In a small bowl, whisk together the yogurt, sugar, and lemon juice until smooth.
