Vienna Style Chocolate
Ingredients
- 4 oz vanilla chocolate
- 1 quart milk
- 3 tbsp hot water
- 1 tbsp sugar
- Whipped cream, for serving
Method
- 1 Cut the chocolate into fine bits.
- 2 Heat the milk in a double boiler until it reaches the boiling point.
- 3 In a separate small pan, combine the chocolate, sugar, and hot water.
- 4 Stir the chocolate mixture over a hot fire until smooth and glossy.
- 5 Stir the chocolate mixture into the hot milk and beat well with a whisk.
- 6 Serve immediately, topping each cup with whipped cream.
