Vegetable Topping Pizza With Mozzarella
Ingredients
- 3/4 cup pizza sauce
- 1 large Italian pizza shell
- 1 cup chopped broccoli
- 1 cup shredded carrots
- 5 ounces sliced red or green bell pepper
- shredded part-skim mozzarella cheese
Method
- 1 Preheat oven to 450°F.
- 2 Spoon pizza sauce onto the pizza shell.
- 3 Place shell on a cookie sheet and arrange vegetables over the sauce.
- 4 Sprinkle shredded mozzarella cheese over the vegetables.
- 5 Bake for 10 minutes, then cool for 3 minutes before slicing into 8 wedges.
