  • 3/4 cup pizza sauce
  • 1 large Italian pizza shell
  • 1 cup chopped broccoli
  • 1 cup shredded carrots
  • 5 ounces sliced red or green bell pepper
  • shredded part-skim mozzarella cheese

Method
