Vegetable Topped Pizza With Mozzarella

  • 3/4 cup low-sodium pizza sauce
  • 1 (12-inch) Italian pizza shell
  • 1 cup chopped broccoli
  • 1 cup shredded carrots
  • 1/2 cup sliced green bell pepper (or red)
  • 5 ounces shredded part-skim mozzarella cheese

Method

  1. 1 Preheat oven to 450°F. Spoon pizza sauce onto the pizza shell.
  2. 2 Place shell on a cookie sheet and arrange broccoli, carrots, and bell peppers over the sauce.
  3. 3 Sprinkle mozzarella cheese evenly over the vegetables.
