Vegetable Pasta With Spaghetti Sauce And Cheese
Ingredients
- 1 pound uncooked pasta
- 2 cups vegetables (fresh or canned, drained)
- 1 cup spaghetti sauce
- 1/2 cup grated or shredded cheese
Method
- 1 Boil water in a large pot. Add pasta and cook according to box directions.
- 2 Drain pasta in a colander, reserving the pot.
- 3 Add vegetables and spaghetti sauce to the pot. Heat over medium-low until vegetables are hot.
- 4 Return drained pasta to the pot and mix well with the sauce and vegetables.
- 5 Sprinkle with cheese and serve immediately.
