Vegetable Mozzarella Pizza

Ingredients

  • 2 tablespoons salt-free Tomato Basil Garlic Seasoning Blend
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 1 pre-baked 12-inch whole-wheat thin pizza crust
  • cooking spray
  • 4 Roma tomatoes, thinly sliced
  • 1 1/2 cups crimini mushrooms, sliced
  • 2 cups baby spinach
  • 1/2 cup thinly sliced red onion
  • 3/4 cup shredded fat-free mozzarella cheese

Method

  1. 1 Preheat oven to 400°F. Mix seasoning blend with 2 tablespoons olive oil.
  2. 2 Spray pizza pan with cooking spray. Place crust on pan and brush with half the oil mixture.
  3. 3 Toss tomatoes, mushrooms, spinach, and onion with remaining oil mixture.
  4. 4 Spread vegetables over crust, leaving a 1/2-inch border. Top with mozzarella.
  5. 5 Bake for 10 minutes until cheese is melted.
