Vegetable Mozzarella Pizza
Ingredients
- 2 tablespoons salt-free Tomato Basil Garlic Seasoning Blend
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- 1 pre-baked 12-inch whole-wheat thin pizza crust
- cooking spray
- 4 Roma tomatoes, thinly sliced
- 1 1/2 cups crimini mushrooms, sliced
- 2 cups baby spinach
- 1/2 cup thinly sliced red onion
- 3/4 cup shredded fat-free mozzarella cheese
Method
- 1 Preheat oven to 400°F. Mix seasoning blend with 2 tablespoons olive oil.
- 2 Spray pizza pan with cooking spray. Place crust on pan and brush with half the oil mixture.
- 3 Toss tomatoes, mushrooms, spinach, and onion with remaining oil mixture.
- 4 Spread vegetables over crust, leaving a 1/2-inch border. Top with mozzarella.
- 5 Bake for 10 minutes until cheese is melted.
