  • 1 ½ cups cold boiled vegetables, minced (green peas, carrots, turnips, potatoes)
  • 4 eggs
  • 1 tablespoon fine wheatmeal
  • ¼ cup milk
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • A pinch of nutmeg
  • 1 oz butter

Method

  1. 1 Beat the eggs and milk together in a bowl.
  2. 2 Rub the wheatmeal into the egg mixture until smooth.
  3. 3 Stir in the minced vegetables, salt, pepper, and nutmeg.
  4. 4 Melt butter in a skillet over medium heat.
