Veal With Mushroom Madeira Sauce

Ingredients

  • slices of loin of veal
  • butter
  • pepper
  • salt
  • 2 spoonfuls of demi-glaze
  • mushrooms
  • madeira
  • chopped parsley

Method

  1. 1 Fry veal slices in butter with pepper and salt for 20 minutes.
  2. 2 Heat demi-glaze with mushrooms and a little madeira.
  3. 3 Place mushrooms and sauce on each veal slice and sprinkle with chopped parsley.
