Veal With Mushroom Madeira Sauce
Ingredients
- slices of loin of veal
- butter
- pepper
- salt
- 2 spoonfuls of demi-glaze
- mushrooms
- madeira
- chopped parsley
Method
- 1 Fry veal slices in butter with pepper and salt for 20 minutes.
- 2 Heat demi-glaze with mushrooms and a little madeira.
- 3 Place mushrooms and sauce on each veal slice and sprinkle with chopped parsley.
