Vanilla Yogurt Fruit Salad With Marshmallows
Ingredients
- 1 can (20 ounces) pineapple chunks in juice, drained
- 1 1/3 cups canned mandarin oranges, drained
- 1 banana, peeled and sliced
- 1 1/2 cups seedless grapes
- 3/4 cup miniature marshmallows
- 1/3 cup flaked coconut
- 1 cup vanilla yogurt, low-fat
Method
- 1 Drain the pineapple chunks and mandarin oranges.
- 2 In a large bowl, combine the drained pineapple, oranges, sliced banana, grapes, marshmallows, and coconut.
- 3 Fold in the vanilla yogurt until evenly coated.
- 4 Chill in the refrigerator before serving.
